Chocolate cake Torta Al Cioccolato

Classic Italian chocolate caramel cake, a tart with chocolate dough, a crispy layer, four types of chocolate: white, milk, black and caramel. It is served with olive oil, which emphasizes and deepens the taste of chocolate. The oil is made in Liguria, which is famous for its fine olive oils.

Sprinkle with a pinch of Maldon salt on top.
