Buffalo mozzarella, or Mozzarella di Bufala, is a fresh cheese originating from the Campania region of Italy. Traditionally, it is made from the milk of water buffaloes. Its flavor is delicate, creamy, and slightly salty, while its texture is quite springy and elastic. As an addition, we offer cherry tomatoes and arugula.
