Torta Barozzi

This legendary chocolate cake originates from the town of Vignola. The recipe was created in 1886 and remains a closely guarded secret to this day. Our interpretation combines chocolate, hazelnuts, coffee, and rum. Rich, moist, and gluten-free.

When serving, add a few drops of aged Modena balsamic vinegar.
