Shrimp Caesar Salad A fresh twist on the classic Caesar, this salad mixes crisp romaine lettuce with crunchy brioche croutons and succulent tiger prawns. It's all tied together with a creamy dressing made from egg yolks, anchovies, Parmesan, and olive oil.

Pasta alla Norma Pasta with juicy tomato sauce, tender roasted eggplant, sweet bell pepper, fleshy Taggiasca olives, and fresh aromatic basil.

Potato Gnocchi Delicate potato gnocchi served with rabbit and vegetable ragù, finished with spinach and hazelnuts.

Yevhenii — Brand Chef of Citadel, SHOco., Daily Dose, ZWIN and La Luce.
He has spent years exploring Galician cuisine, believing it to be unique and pure. In his work, Yevhen uses 70% locally sourced ingredients — pork, veal, tomatoes, strawberries, and more.

"Our goal isn’t to replicate Italian cuisine, but to weave it into our everyday life — blending Ukrainian ingredients with traditional Italian techniques. We make mozzarella from the milk of local cows, and during tomato season, we use only local, sun-drenched tomatoes bursting with summer taste."
